Transcript [00:00] Hey everybody. In this video, we are [00:02] going to do a review of what is going on [00:06] with Gaza because although it hasn't [00:08] been at the center of the headlines, [00:10] people we've been focused a lot more for [00:11] obvious reasons on what's going on in [00:13] Yemen, what's going on in Iran and [00:16] Lebanon and other places, but things are [00:18] happening in Gaza. Uh sort of they're [00:21] happening with the Board of Peace, the [00:23] National Committee for the [00:24] Administration of Gaza, which is the [00:26] creation of the Board of Peace. We're [00:27] going to get into all of that and what [00:29] Israel's doing currently and where [00:31] things are with Hamas. So, let's hit the [00:33] headlines. Here we go. Israel killing [00:36] Hamas officials will not lead to groups [00:38] elimination, Board of Peace tells Post. [00:40] Okay, fair enough. Um, yeah, I mean, [00:42] Israel would certainly like to just [00:45] eliminate Hamas and given be given a [00:47] free hand to go in there and just wipe [00:50] them out, but the world won't let and uh [00:52] there's there are diplomatic [00:54] constraints. But let's get into the into [00:56] this. A source close to the board of [00:57] peace has criticized Israel's current [00:58] policy in the Gaza Strip, arguing that [01:01] while Israel's targeted killings of [01:03] kamas operatives may be justified, the [01:05] strategy will not ultimately lead to the [01:07] dismantling of the terrorist [01:08] organization. Quote, "The government's [01:10] policy is targeted eliminations while [01:12] leaving Kamas with its army and its [01:14] rule." The source told the Jerusalem [01:16] Post, "The board of peace wants the [01:18] complete dismantling of the and [01:20] elimination of kamas, Israel's [01:21] eliminating individual kamas members, [01:24] but not kamas itself." Now, this is so [01:26] two-faced and feckless and ridiculous. [01:29] Let me explain [01:32] here. He's say it sounds like he's [01:33] saying, "Well, Israel should just go in [01:35] there and completely wipe them out." [01:36] Look what he says. They're just doing [01:38] targeted eliminations and they're [01:40] leaving kamas in power. We want the [01:43] complete dismantling and elimination of [01:44] them. Israel's not doing that. Israel [01:47] would be happy to do that, but the whole [01:50] world would probably scream bloody [01:51] murder if they did. It's kind of like [01:54] saying Israel is not doing enough [01:55] militarily, but then they turn around [01:56] and say that they shouldn't be doing the [01:58] targeted killings under the framework, [02:01] meaning the this is now talking about [02:03] the 15-point framework agreement that [02:05] Israel rejected. Uh that was last month [02:08] where the board of peace came up with [02:09] this new framework agreement which uh as [02:12] I expressed very uh explicitly, I wrote [02:16] a column about it in the Jerusalem Post. [02:18] I made videos about it. The framework [02:20] agreement was marketed as the [02:22] implementation of Trump's original plan [02:23] that Israel agreed to but is but it is [02:26] not. It actually undoes it in many ways [02:29] and that's why Israel rejected it. Now [02:31] it's talking about that under that [02:32] framework the disarmament process would [02:34] include an inventory and storage of [02:37] weapons and the dismantling of military [02:39] capabilities of Hamas and other armed [02:41] factions in Gaza. The process would be [02:44] overseen through an international [02:45] mechanism and linked to the broader [02:47] transfer of governance and security [02:49] respons responsibilities in this trip. [02:52] The transfer of governance like kamas is [02:54] going to hand over the keys. Israel [02:56] however has made clear that it does not [02:58] accept the framework. [03:00] Israel rejects the 15-point plan said [03:02] Netanyahu. Against that backdrop, senior [03:05] board of peace officials sought to [03:07] persuade Israel to observe a 14-day [03:10] period of calm to allow the disarmament [03:13] process to begin. What's happened is the [03:15] board of peace said to Israel, "Listen, [03:16] stop stop assassinating Hamas leaders [03:19] for 14 days and then we can start [03:21] disarming them." Which is of course [03:22] absurd. In recent weeks, however, Israel [03:25] has resumed targeting Hamas operatives, [03:27] including members accused by Israel of [03:30] participating in the October 7th [03:31] massacre, holding hostages and serving [03:34] in senior positions within the [03:36] organization. [03:38] Yes, indeed. The Israelis have been [03:40] eliminating the these Kamas guys. Now, [03:42] because the kamas guys filmed everything [03:44] and also other stuff was captured on [03:46] security cameras, but whether from army [03:48] bases or from the from the towns that [03:50] they invaded, the Israelis know exactly [03:53] who who carried out the October 7th [03:56] attacks and they are eliminating them [03:58] one by one. Israeli officials have [04:00] argued that kamas used the quiet period [04:02] in which Israel was limiting its strikes [04:05] primarily to im to [04:09] limiting it strikes primarily to [04:10] immediate threats to rebuild and [04:12] strengthen its military capabilities [04:14] rather than prepare for the disarmament [04:16] process. The source close to the board [04:18] of peace sharply disagreed with the [04:19] Israeli approach describing it as a [04:21] policy similar to the period before [04:23] October 7th. What on earth does that [04:24] mean? Before October 7th, we were not [04:26] killing kamas guys every day. The Board [04:28] of Peace, meanwhile, is presenting its [04:30] proposal as an alternative to continued [04:33] military operations, the complete [04:35] dismantling of Hamas's military [04:37] infrastructure and an end to its rule in [04:38] Gaza. The Bord of Peace is claiming, "If [04:40] you stop killing these Hamas guys, we [04:42] can we can we can dismantle Hamas's [04:45] military infrastructure. We can do it." [04:47] Quote, "The way to do this is 14 days of [04:50] calm apart from operations against [04:52] immediate threats and full cooperation [04:54] by the government in all the preparatory [04:56] and logistical steps for voluntary [04:59] disarmament." Delusional. If Hamas [05:02] begins dismantling itself at a rapid [05:05] pace and provides all the coordinates of [05:07] the tunnels, that would be excellent. [05:09] The source said, "Yeah, yeah, if Kamas [05:10] would just, you know, tell us where [05:12] everything is, where all the bodies are [05:13] buried, and where all the weapons are, [05:15] and and just dismantle itself, that [05:17] would be wonderful, wouldn't it? And if [05:19] it does not disarm, then the IDF [05:21] receives international backing to do so [05:23] by force." [05:25] That is a lie. You see, according to the [05:28] original 20point plan, Kamas was [05:30] supposed to disarm immediately or and it [05:32] was given like 30 or 60 days, whatever [05:34] it was. And the word then was, "But if [05:37] they don't do it, then Israel can do it [05:38] by force." And whenever Israel starts [05:40] doing things by force, everyone says, [05:41] "No, no, no, no, no. Stop stop using [05:43] force, we'll do it peacefully." And then [05:46] if they and if and if we can't do it [05:48] peacefully, then you can use force. [05:49] Well, when is then? When is then? [05:53] We're supposed to just wait for more and [05:55] more of this blather about voluntary [05:58] disarmament of kamas. Israel is [06:00] eliminating kamas. In recent weeks, the [06:02] Israeli security establishment has [06:04] reported a series of targeted killings [06:06] and arrests of senior Hamas field [06:08] commanders and members of the [06:09] organization's military and security [06:11] apparatus. Among the most prominent [06:13] recent operations cited by Israeli [06:15] officials, was the killing of Na Abu [06:17] Oed, identified as the commander of [06:19] Hamas's Rafa Brigade. Very nice. along [06:22] other field commanders at the battalion [06:24] and Nukba cell levels. Israeli special [06:28] forces also carried out a raid in Gaza [06:30] city in which they captured Mu Alarbid [06:33] alive. He was identified as the head of [06:35] Hamas's general security apparatus. He's [06:37] like the head. He was like the top guy [06:40] and they captured him. They didn't kill [06:41] him. They went in and took him so they [06:44] could interrogate him. The government's [06:47] policy is targeted eliminations while [06:49] leaving kamas with its army and its [06:51] rule. The source said this is this [06:52] criticism of Israel. Netanyahu said the [06:55] IDF was settling the score with Hamas, [06:57] referring to the string of strikes that [06:59] killed several members of the terrorist [07:01] organization's leadership. Quote, "We [07:03] are also settling accounts with these [07:04] murderers who murdered our people, our [07:06] daughters, our women, and our children [07:08] on October 7th. And we are settling [07:10] accounts with those who still remain, [07:12] and not many remain because we are [07:14] dealing with them." And uh today, by the [07:16] way, every day there's more of them. [07:18] Today, Israel announced a couple more of [07:20] these. They said that they uh today [07:22] Israel announced they eliminated two [07:23] Hamas Nukba terrorists in strikes in the [07:26] northern Gaza Strip. [07:29] One of them, Sharif Shadi Ibrahim Labed, [07:31] participated in the October 7th [07:33] massacre. Took part in the attack on the [07:35] era's crossing. The second, Yseph Sad [07:38] Aladin Rashed Zahim, served as a Nukba [07:41] commander in Kamas's military wing. [07:43] According to the IDF, both terrorists [07:46] were advancing attacks against Israeli [07:47] troops and civilians and were working to [07:50] rebuild capabilities in violation of the [07:52] ceasefire. Now, they also said today [07:54] that they eliminated a guy named Jihad. [07:57] Nice name, huh? Jihad Sami Mahmud [07:59] Ismael, a Kamas Nukeba squad commander [08:02] in a targeted operation in Canunas in [08:05] southern Gaza. According to the IDF, he [08:08] also came in during the October 7th [08:10] attack, participated in the attack uh on [08:13] the crew of a tank and the and also in [08:16] the abduction of Captain Omar Nutra and [08:19] Staff Sergeant Ozaniel and Sergeant [08:22] Nimrod Cohen. Sergeant Shake Dan was [08:25] killed during that attack. So they [08:27] killed this guy. Ismael was also [08:28] involved in ambushes against Israeli [08:30] troops. So they killed this guy. Good [08:33] stuff. That's what Israel's busy with [08:35] right now. while the world is saying [08:37] stop killing the kamas guys so we can [08:39] voluntarily disarm them. Board of peace [08:42] focuses on international stabilization [08:44] force for Gaza. That's what they're busy [08:45] with. So what happened? There was a [08:46] meeting in Kosovo uh where the Board of [08:49] Peace overseeing Gaza's postwar [08:51] transition announced on September 7th [08:53] just uh whatever it is a week a little [08:55] more than a week ago like 10 days ago [08:58] that it held a ceremony of the [09:00] participating countries in the [09:02] international stabilization force. No, [09:04] none of them have been deployed yet. Of [09:05] course, the board uh noted that the [09:07] Kosovo Security Force has been involved [09:09] since the spring of 2026, leading [09:12] planning [09:13] on this whole thing. The ISF was [09:16] initially envisioned to have as many as [09:18] 20,000 troops from several countries. In [09:21] addition to Kosovo and Albania, Morocco [09:24] signed a participating country agreement [09:25] with the ISF in mid July. In late July, [09:28] Israel's cabinet gave initial approval [09:30] for the ISF to be deployed in Gaza [09:32] because Israel gets along with Albania, [09:34] with Kosovo, with Morocco. Morocco they [09:37] get along with very well. So, these are [09:40] all countries that have been welcomed in [09:41] and Israel agreed to have them come in, [09:44] but they haven't but they haven't been [09:45] deployed yet. But the Board of Peace is [09:47] focusing on getting this stabilization [09:49] force together. And before we go on, I [09:51] just want to remind you about this very [09:53] exciting trip that we have planned. [09:54] March 7th through 14th, Israel behind [09:56] the headlines tour with myself, led by [09:58] myself and Dr. David Worms. We're going [10:01] to be visiting uh the whole country. Uh [10:03] we're going to have important high level [10:06] briefings with representatives of the [10:08] Israeli government, people of high rank [10:10] in the military establishment. We're [10:12] going to have briefings at the borders [10:14] of Syria, Lebanon, Gaza, key strategic [10:17] locations in Judea and Samaria. We're [10:19] going to meet with community leaders. [10:20] We're going to meet with uh leading [10:22] journalists. an amazing unique trip. [10:24] Five-star luxury accommodations as well. [10:28] And we're limiting the size of this trip [10:30] to 15 to 20 people. Really a lifetime uh [10:33] uh opportunity here. Uh so check out the [10:36] link in the description of this video. [10:38] Reach out to us if you have questions [10:40] and we'll and we'll get right back to [10:41] you as well. Okay. Israeli elections [10:44] stall board of peace plans. IDF reports [10:46] 14 Gaza ceasefire violations between [10:49] September 4th to 15th. This is from the [10:51] uh the foundation of Defense of [10:53] Democracy's long war journal. And I'll [10:55] just read you a couple of short pieces [10:57] of this. One dispute concerns the [10:59] Palestinian police force intended to [11:01] replace Hamas's security apparatus and [11:03] receive weapons surrendered under the [11:05] disarmament plan. Roughly 16,500 of the [11:09] 283,000 [11:11] applicants have passed Israeli security [11:13] vetting, but Israel has not permitted [11:15] them to leave Gaza for training in [11:17] Egypt. A board of peace officials said [11:18] that the delay prolongs the existence in [11:21] Gaza of kamas police armed with AK-47s. [11:24] You see the board of peace part of their [11:25] delusion is that if they could get this [11:27] new police force together, Hamas will [11:29] voluntarily give up its weapons or [11:31] something. [11:32] The strikes target terror uh so and then [11:35] it talks about Israel's um Israel's [11:37] strikes that are that are targeting the [11:39] terrorists. And here it gives a list of [11:42] 14 different ceasefire violations of [11:44] kamas in the last in the last uh 10 [11:47] days. Okay, so that's in here. If you [11:49] want to go to fddd's long war journal, [11:51] just type in long longw warjournal.org [11:55] and it's one of the most recent um it's [11:58] one of the most recent postings. [12:01] Gazabound technocrats draw up 71 [12:03] rebuilding projects which hinge on [12:05] Israeli approval. So they're making all [12:07] kinds of plans. This is a news item from [12:09] yesterday and there's a lot in here. The [12:12] new Palestinian technocratic government [12:15] tasked with replacing Hamas in Gaza has [12:17] crafted 71 projects for rehabilitating [12:20] the war decimated enclave, aiming to [12:22] implement them in its first 6 months. [12:25] Almost all of the plans, however, [12:26] require significant [12:28] cooperation from Israel, which has been [12:30] largely reluctant to allow such efforts [12:32] to date. The Times of Israel obtained a [12:35] copy of the six-month Gaza recovery [12:37] program that was drawn up and finalized [12:41] during the August meeting in London. [12:43] Okay. [12:44] It contains one page of summaries of the [12:47] 71 projects and then it gives a whole [12:50] bunch of examples. But first, it says [12:53] that no start date was given for the [12:55] projects because the technocratic [12:57] committee has been stuck in Egypt since [12:58] its establishment [13:00] as the Board of Peace has spent months [13:02] coaxing Hamas to accept a disarmament [13:05] plan. You see, that's where this whole [13:06] thing is. The board of peace and this [13:08] new committee to administer Gaza and [13:10] we're going to make all kinds of plans [13:11] to rehabilitate it. And they're sitting [13:13] in Egypt because Hamas is still not [13:14] disarmed. [13:16] By the way, plug for my son's YouTube [13:19] channel. My son Mayor Wiki. M I R. Mayor [13:22] and my last name Wiki. Look him up. He's [13:24] he's posting a video. He just posted a [13:26] video today about the Gaza Strip. He's [13:29] got great explainer videos there. Go [13:31] over there, give him a view, give him a [13:33] subscribe. He's just started the channel [13:34] a few weeks ago and he's doing great [13:36] stuff. [13:39] Sorry, just had to cough. But let's get [13:41] back uh to what's happening here. [13:44] Not wanting to halt operations [13:46] completely in the interim, the Board of [13:48] Peace has sought to advance smaller [13:49] projects to repair water, sewage, and [13:51] sanitation infrastructure in the strip. [13:53] In my son's video, he gets into details [13:55] of some of this stuff very, very [13:56] effectively. You you want to see that [13:58] video, his newest video about Gaza. [14:00] Excellent. And he served in Gaza. [14:01] Natanyao agreed to establish a working [14:03] group with the Board of Peace to advance [14:05] such efforts, meaning on the the sewage [14:07] and the water and the sanitation. Those [14:08] are more humanitarian concerns. But an [14:10] official from the board admitted that [14:12] those two were largely stuck due to [14:13] Israeli foot dragging. Now, why is [14:16] Israel dragging its feet? It's very [14:18] simple. Kamas is still in power there. [14:20] And if there's any rehabilitation of any [14:22] public services or any rebuilding in [14:24] Kamas controlled areas, that will [14:27] embolden Kamas. It will strengthen [14:28] Kamas. Hamas will take control of it. [14:31] And [14:33] the the sentiment among the people to be [14:36] against Hamas, which is it is creeping. [14:39] It's not where it should be, but there [14:41] is more and more dissatisfaction with [14:43] Hamas. And part of that is driven by the [14:46] people realizing the the destruction [14:49] that has been brought upon them. And [14:52] Kamas needs to be removed. Israel's [14:54] adamant about that. But in my opinion, [14:56] and I've said this before, and I don't [14:58] know all the calculations, but I I don't [15:00] know why they don't implement rebuilding [15:03] projects only in the areas that are [15:05] under Israeli control and then say to [15:07] the people who are under kamas control, [15:09] if you want to if you want to live in [15:11] these new homes, if you want to have [15:12] sanitation, you want to have plumbing, [15:14] you want to have all the humanitarian [15:15] stuff, you want to have all these new [15:16] institutions, [15:21] come out of the areas governed by Hamas [15:23] and live here. The Israelis don't want [15:24] to do that. Maybe that's what the [15:26] International Stabilization Force will [15:27] be able to do, but that's not its task [15:29] according to the framework agreement. [15:31] But I think that that would be great [15:32] because then you move the population [15:34] away from Kamas's control. They won't [15:37] all come. But you if you start having a [15:39] flow of people who are leaving kamas [15:41] controlled areas to go into areas that [15:44] are under Israeli military control with [15:46] the international stabilization force [15:47] and that's where they have housing and [15:50] everything listed here, roads, homes, [15:52] schools, mosques, hospitals, ports and [15:54] crossings, expanding fuel and food [15:56] deliveries, upgrading internet and [15:58] cellular connectivity, reviving a [16:00] judicial system, a Palestinian airline [16:02] establishing warehouse and logistic [16:04] hubs, a Gaza tech park, a new digital [16:07] payment system, a center for alternative [16:09] disputes and community radio channel. [16:11] And then this this piece goes through [16:12] all the details of all these different [16:15] uh these different plans like these [16:17] humanitarian shelters, a one point a [16:19] $1.05 billion project to provide [16:22] caravans to roughly 400,000 Palestinians [16:25] living in tents. Now, it doesn't say in [16:27] this piece where they plan to build [16:28] them, and Israel is refusing to let this [16:31] go forward, but if they're planning to [16:32] build them in the Israeli controlled [16:34] areas, [16:35] I think that's a good move. Now, I [16:36] understand why from a security [16:38] perspective, I believe that the reason [16:39] the Israelis don't want to do it is [16:41] because the population is still you [16:44] don't know who's who's coming across and [16:46] they're still and they don't want to [16:47] endanger Israeli soldiers. [16:51] To me, [16:53] and maybe maybe there's a better [16:54] explanation, but to me it would make [16:56] sense if Israel would actually [16:58] facilitate projects like this, set up [17:00] caravans for housing for 400,000 [17:04] in the on the Israeli side of the yellow [17:06] line in some area like near Rafa and [17:09] say, "Whoever wants to live in peace, [17:11] whoever wants not to live under kamas, [17:13] you want to have a home, come over here [17:15] and then vet the people as they come [17:16] across." it would it the the the best [17:20] way to dismantle kamas is to remove the [17:23] population because that's their biggest [17:24] asset [17:26] and it talks about who who's donating to [17:28] this talks about different neighborhoods [17:30] they'll build hospital rehabilitation [17:31] all the things that were listed there [17:33] and who's going to pay for all this [17:34] board of peace says EU will fund its [17:36] Gaza project the board of peace tells [17:38] your uh whoever [17:42] your anchor [17:44] uh it has gotten a significant agreement [17:46] from the European Union ahead of next [17:48] week's UN General Assembly, funding for [17:50] projects in the Gaza Strip and an [17:52] arrange an agreement to coordinate going [17:54] forward. There are two pilot programs [17:56] we've agreed to, said a board of peace [17:57] official. The projects are for solid [18:00] waste and water worth 50 million, which [18:02] the EU will pay for. Then there's uh [18:05] still a billion dollars in an EU pledged [18:08] funding. We have board of peace project [18:10] uh we have a board of peace project list [18:12] that we walked them through and which [18:14] they will contribute to with money. So [18:16] the EU countries are apparently willing [18:17] to pay to pay for some of this stuff. [18:19] The Board of Peace has funding already [18:21] via member countries that pledged more [18:23] than 16 billion in February, 10 billion [18:26] from the US. The board official declined [18:28] to comment on the status of those [18:30] pledges. I doubt that they've been [18:32] actually made good on. Meanwhile, the [18:34] abysmal state of the Gaza Strip is [18:36] fueling criticism of the board of peace. [18:38] Israel continues to kill Hamas guys. [18:42] Um kamas has yet to disarm. The Israeli [18:44] military has not withdrawn. The majority [18:47] of housing in Gaza is destroyed and is [18:49] yet to be rebuilt. Okay, that's the [18:52] situation in the Gaza Strip.
