Terms of Service

ProIsrael is a directory of organizations, ministries, creators and media that stand with Israel, with the videos, posts and articles they publish. Listings are built from public sources — the organization's own website, YouTube channel or X account — or submitted by the organization. Content shown on the site belongs to whoever published it; ProIsrael links to the source and embeds YouTube videos and X posts from their own services.

A listing on ProIsrael is not an endorsement of everything an organization says or does, and being listed does not mean ProIsrael speaks for the organization or the organization for ProIsrael.

You may browse, search, share and link to anything on the site. You agree not to:

• Submit a page for an organization you are not authorised to represent, or claim a page that is not yours.
• Give false information about yourself or an organization.
• Copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or use automated tools against it beyond what a search engine does.
• Interfere with the site, probe its security, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited mail, or to harass anyone.
• Use the site for anything unlawful where you are, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Anyone may submit an organization by giving its website, YouTube channel or X account. ProIsrael builds the listing from what those sources publish, may review it before it appears, and decides whether and how it is shown. The organization is told at the address it publishes, and the person who submitted it is told what was decided.

ProIsrael may edit, hold, decline or remove any listing, and may reorder, feature or de-emphasise listings in search and on the front page, at its own judgement. It does not have to explain, though it usually will.

The owner of an organization can claim its listing by proving ownership through one of the methods on the claim page: an email address the organization publishes, a sign-in to the YouTube channel or X account the listing links to, or a code placed on the organization's website. By completing a claim you confirm that:

• You are authorised to speak for the organization and to manage its page.
• What you add to the page is true and yours to publish.
• You accept these terms on the organization's behalf.

A claimed page shows as verified. ProIsrael can revoke a claim if it turns out to be false, if the organization asks, or if the page is misused; the address the organization publishes is told of every claim and can undo one with a single tap. Ownership of a page can also be reassigned by ProIsrael when an organization asks for it.

Whatever you add to a listing stays yours. You give ProIsrael the right to show it on the site, in search results, in the emails the site sends and in shares of the site, for as long as the page is listed, and to make the copies needed to do that. You confirm you have the right to give that permission for everything you add, including logos and images.

When you follow a page or subscribe, ProIsrael sends you what you asked for and nothing else. Every email carries a link to stop them. The site also sends the emails needed to confirm an address, complete a claim, or tell you what was decided about a page you submitted; those are part of the service, not a subscription.

If a listing about your organization is wrong, or you would rather not be listed at all, write to [Enable JavaScript to see email] with the link and what should change. If content on the site infringes your rights, say what and where and it will be looked at promptly.

The ProIsrael name, mark and design, and the words ProIsrael writes itself, belong to ProIsrael. You may quote and link to the site freely; please do not present ProIsrael's material as your own or use the mark in a way that suggests ProIsrael endorses you.

The site is offered as it is. Listings are built from what organizations publish and may be out of date or wrong; ProIsrael does not guarantee that anything on the site is accurate, complete or current, or that the site will always be available or free of faults. Content from third parties, including embedded videos and posts, is theirs, and ProIsrael is not responsible for it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ProIsrael and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or from anything on it, and their total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

ProIsrael may suspend or end your access, revoke a claim or remove a page if these terms are broken. You may stop using the site at any time, and may ask for your account and your organization's page to be removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Israel. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. A change that matters to people who have claimed a page is also sent to them by email. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
