Transcript [00:00] on the foreign policy front, Islam as a [00:02] political program. Obviously, and [00:04] whenever I say Islam, I'm not talking [00:05] about individual Muslims who are eating [00:07] an ifar dinner. I'm talking about Islam [00:08] as a broadspread political program and [00:10] as applied broadly across the globe. As [00:12] Samuel Huntington, the author of the [00:14] clash of civilization said, Islam has [00:16] bloody borders, but also bloody inards [00:18] because Muslims like to kill other [00:19] Muslims in Muslim regimes. I mean, that [00:21] is just a way that it has worked [00:22] historically speaking. But it is not [00:24] just a threat. Political Islam is also a [00:26] failure. It is also a failure. Okay, let [00:29] us be clear. Islamic regimes all over [00:32] the world rely on western technologies [00:35] and western modes of thought for any [00:36] success that they have. Any, not some, [00:40] any that is just a reality of the world. [00:45] Islam as a governing philosophy is [00:47] bankrupt. It does not work. It does not [00:49] work. It is a failure. [00:52] The Nobel Prize winning writer Vas Nipol [00:54] pointed this out in his books among the [00:57] believers and beyond belief where he [00:59] went and he traveled through Islamic [01:00] regimes and he found failure after [01:02] failure after failure and the failure [01:03] was seen as part of the benefit of the [01:05] bargain because it was a purer form of [01:08] Islam. [01:10] And again, that would help explain why [01:12] it is that Muslim regimes trail their [01:15] competitors pretty much everywhere else [01:17] on on earth. The only methods of Islamic [01:19] governance that have worked have been [01:21] copied from the west. The only methods [01:24] of technology in Islamic countries that [01:26] work have been copied from the west. No [01:29] west, no oil, no west, no defensive [01:31] weaponry, no west, no modern military, [01:34] no west, no banking. That is just the [01:36] reality. This is why when you see people [01:38] sing for Sharia law abroad, it's the [01:41] most ridiculous crap you ever saw. The [01:42] reason there are skyscrapers in UAE is [01:45] because the West taught people how to [01:47] build skyscrapers and then provided the [01:49] plans and contracting. [01:52] This is all built on Western bases. [01:56] There there's this bizarre idea that has [01:57] traveled abroad in the anti-American [02:00] circles that places that have never seen [02:03] the footprint of the West are somehow [02:04] better off. Well, that's weird because [02:06] literally the places on Earth that have [02:07] never seen the footprints of the West, [02:09] you know, undiscovered tribes in in [02:11] barely inhabited islands. It turns out [02:13] they're not building paradise. They are [02:15] living in primitive fashion. The West is [02:17] unique and the West has a better way of [02:19] life and a better way of thought. That [02:21] is a reality. Okay? And this is being [02:22] proved every day, not just by conflicts [02:25] between Islamic radicals and the West, [02:27] but also by the way that that regimes [02:29] fail in the Middle East themselves. So, [02:31] a perfect example of this is what is [02:32] happening right now in Saudi Arabia. [02:34] It's really astonishing truly. Okay, so [02:37] we should just point out at this point [02:39] that over the past 25 years or so, the [02:42] United States has sold well over $200 [02:45] billion in defense equipment, training, [02:47] and services to the Saudi regime. [02:51] Obama sold $15 billion of weaponry to [02:54] the Saudis. Trump one sold $10 billion. [02:57] Trump 2 sold $142 billion. Right? So, [02:59] they've been buying weaponry from us [03:01] because, of course, they have lots of [03:02] oil money. We give them the money for [03:04] the oil and they use that money to buy [03:06] Americanmade weaponry. They also get [03:08] minor grants from anti-terrorism [03:10] training and we spend billions of [03:11] dollars to upkeep military bases on [03:13] their soil to protect them. Right? The [03:14] reason that there are military bases on [03:16] Saudi soil is not because America is [03:18] looking for forward projection per se. [03:20] The Saudis won't even let us use the air [03:21] bases for forward projection in the [03:23] main. The reality is that we put those [03:26] bases on their soil originally to [03:27] protect them against Saddam Hussein [03:29] because they couldn't defend themselves. [03:30] Well, now it turns out the Saudis, who [03:32] again have F-16s, they have F-35s, they [03:35] have modern military weaponry, are [03:36] getting their asses handed to them in [03:38] Yemen by an Iranian terror group called [03:40] the Houthis. They've been embroiled in a [03:42] war in Yemen in which the Yemeni regime [03:45] was associated with the Saudis and with [03:47] the UAE. The Saudis decided they didn't [03:49] like having their lunch eaten by the UAE [03:51] because again the UAE is significantly [03:52] more Westernfriendly and open than the [03:54] Saudi regime which has always been [03:56] attempting to triangulate with the [03:57] Chinese for example and with the [03:59] Iranians. [04:01] Well, it turns out in Yemen the Iranians [04:03] haven't been shy about supporting the [04:04] Houthies who are a bunch of rag tag [04:06] terrorists who are being handed a bunch [04:08] of weapons by Iran. And so for the last [04:10] 11 years there's been a hot war in [04:12] Yemen. Now, the Houthies are not exactly [04:13] a fearsome military power or certainly [04:16] wouldn't be if they were not being given [04:17] technology by the Iranians via the [04:20] Chinese. [04:22] Here, for example, is some of the [04:23] Houthies. Here's what they look like. [04:25] Does this look like, you know, a um a a [04:27] highly sophisticated military power [04:29] here, [04:38] in case you can't see, this looks like a [04:41] bunch of tribesmen. with [04:42] semi-sophisticated military weaponry. [04:47] >> These are impoverished terrorists. [04:50] Okay, this is not a highly militarized [04:54] western style military at all. It is a [04:57] ragtag group of terrorists with things [04:58] like RPGs [05:01] and some machine guns like AK-47s. [05:04] Yeah. Does this look like a highly [05:05] sophisticated military power? Now, the [05:07] Houthies have a slogan. Not super [05:09] catchy, but here it is. Their slogan is [05:11] God is the greatest. Alu Akbar, [05:14] death to America, death to Israel, a [05:17] curse upon the Jews, and victory to [05:20] Islam. That's a little long, doesn't fit [05:21] on a bumper sticker properly, but this [05:23] is what they believe. So this group of [05:25] global losers is with Iranian backing [05:27] and Chinese-made weaponry, humiliating [05:30] the Saudis, humiliating them. So over [05:33] the course of the last couple of weeks, [05:34] basically this ragtag group of [05:36] terrorists, which has staved off the [05:38] incompetent Yemeni government and the [05:40] less than competent Saudi military for [05:42] literally 11 years, they started [05:45] pressing westward toward the coastline [05:46] of Yemen. Why does that matter? Well, [05:48] because it turns out the coastline of [05:49] Yemen is located along the Bob Elmand [05:51] straight, which is a global choke point [05:54] for shipping of oil, [05:56] possibly more important than the [05:57] straight of Hormuz. [05:59] and they took over the whole place [06:01] without the Saudis flying a single sorty [06:04] from the F-16s that we sold them or the [06:06] F-35s that we sold them. An act of [06:09] extraordinary incompetence. Why? Because [06:11] it turns out these regimes are not good [06:13] at governing. They are really, really [06:15] bad at it. They are quite terrible at [06:17] building military power. They're quite [06:19] terrible at projecting military power [06:20] even against ragtag terrorists. Again, [06:23] this group of derelcts, they look like [06:25] homeless people pulled off the street [06:27] and handed RPGs, took over the Bab [06:29] Elmand Strait. So, how did that happen [06:32] precisely? Well, CNN had the story. [06:34] Quote, "The desperate pleas for air [06:36] cover from Yemeni general started coming [06:38] midm morning on Thursday. An advance by [06:40] the Iranbacked Houthies toward Yemen's [06:41] strategic port city of Mocha was in full [06:43] swing and backup support from chief ally [06:45] Saudi Arabia was nowhere in sight. The [06:47] Houthies committed everything they had, [06:48] waves upon waves of fighters along with [06:49] their available ballistic missiles and [06:51] weapons." A senior Yemen source attached [06:53] to their military forces told CNN. The [06:55] source that he contacted sentcom and was [06:57] assured the United States was watching [06:58] the situation closely and that Saudi air [07:01] support was coming. But the air support [07:03] never came and then Mocha fell. And then [07:05] it turns out on Friday the Houthies [07:07] captured another key coastal asset [07:09] called Pam Island at the mouth of the [07:10] Red Sea. That island splits the Babel [07:12] Mandibra in two and gives Tehran because [07:15] again this is a an Iranianback terror [07:16] group de facto control over yet another [07:18] key shipping route. [07:21] So the the the conflict in Yemen had [07:23] basically been stagnating for some years [07:25] now. But because Tehran has been cut off [07:28] in its attempts to attack Israel, [07:30] because Thran has been unsuccessful in [07:31] securing the straight of Hormuz, they're [07:33] now trying to exert pressure on another [07:35] pressure point, the Babel Mandam [07:36] Straight. Apparently Saudi Crown Prince [07:39] Muhammad bin Salman spoke twice on [07:40] Thursday with President Trump and urged [07:42] him to strike the Houthies and Trump was [07:43] like, "Nah." [07:46] Apparently, the White House said, "The [07:47] United States is focused on protecting [07:48] our core national security interests [07:50] such as ensuring freedom of navigation [07:51] in the Red Sea while empowering our [07:53] regional partners to take the lead in [07:54] managing and resolving regional security [07:56] challenges. We are in continuous [07:57] dialogue with Saudi Arabia and the [07:59] Republic of Yemen government regarding [08:00] regional stability. By the way, the [08:02] Babel Mandibra is used mainly by Europe [08:04] because of the oil. Just look at a map. [08:06] The oil flowing up to Europe is moving [08:08] through the Babel Mandabra through the [08:09] Red Sea and through the Swiss canal. [08:12] Again, you can see the map here, right? [08:15] So the straight of Hormuz, which the [08:17] United States has largely opened, right? [08:19] The straight of Hormuz is no longer [08:21] under full Iranian control. So the [08:22] Iranians and the Yemenes have been [08:24] attempting to hit the east west crude [08:25] oil pipeline [08:27] that flows from the Persian Gulf toward [08:32] the other side of Saudi Arabia, right [08:34] into the Red Sea. And so they've been [08:36] striking those pipelines to cut off [08:37] Saudi oil supply. And now they're doing [08:39] the same by grabbing hold of the Babel [08:41] Mandab Strait to cut off Saudi oil [08:44] supply and artificially increase the [08:46] price of oil. [08:48] Right? That that that is what is [08:50] happening right now. [08:52] And you can see the outbound oil flow [08:56] has been somewhat restored in Hormuz. [08:59] Not back to where it was before the war, [09:00] but somewhat restored. [09:02] But the idea from Iran is what if we [09:04] just exert pressure so that nobody can [09:05] export any oil via this pipeline going [09:08] the other way by bombing the pipeline or [09:11] by closing off the Babel Mandanda [09:13] straight. Now here's the question. Where [09:15] are our allies? What is Saudi doing? Why [09:18] are they wildly incompetent? Where are [09:19] the Europeans? This is their oil too. [09:21] What do they do for a living precisely? [09:24] Now again we should point out here this [09:26] is a Muslim on Muslim fight. You may [09:28] have noticed that in this entire [09:30] conversation, Israel has not come up [09:31] because you know who actually is not [09:32] affected by any of this, particularly [09:34] Israel. But the Saudis are incompetent [09:37] militarily. Pathetic. [09:39] They clearly don't even know how to use [09:41] the weapons we sold and gave them. Their [09:42] air force was totally useless. The Babel [09:45] Mandam Strait was taken over by a bunch [09:47] of terrorists with speedboats. And what [09:49] about that vaunted Saudi Pakistani [09:50] Turkish NATO defense pack? Do you [09:52] remember this? A few weeks ago, they [09:53] signed the Mecca Defense Alliance, [09:56] right? Saudi and Pakistan, who we love [09:58] very much, according to the vice [09:59] president, and Turkey, who again is warm [10:01] with the Trump administration. They [10:02] signed this mutual defense alliance. [10:04] Wouldn't it be handy to have Pakistan [10:05] and Turkey help out? Well, it turns out [10:06] the Pakistanis and Turks are handing out [10:09] free high fives. It's the high five mean [10:11] while Saudi Arabia drowns. And now, [10:13] Mecca, the holiest city in Islam, is [10:16] under missile attack reportedly from the [10:17] Houthis, which of course is a slap in [10:19] the face to the Saudis because the [10:20] Saudis see themselves as the guardian of [10:22] the holy sites. [10:24] So what are the Saudis doing now? Well, [10:26] after begging the Americans to get [10:27] involved and after yelling at the [10:29] Israelis for some years now about [10:31] fighting Islamic terrorism, they are [10:33] quietly and covertly begging the [10:35] Israelis to help. And what does this say [10:38] about Islam as a governing philosophy? [10:40] The answer is it fails. Again, it fails. [10:44] Without the West, no oil. Without the [10:46] West, no defense mechanisms. Without the [10:48] West, no skyscrapers, no financial [10:50] capacity, nothing. [10:52] That is a reality. Now, that doesn't [10:55] mean there aren't Islamic countries that [10:56] are moving in the direction of more [10:58] sophistication, that are moving to make [11:00] alliance with the West. The only [11:02] kingdoms in the region that are actually [11:03] full-scale embracing the West, the UAE, [11:05] and Bahrain mostly, are actively being [11:07] alienated by the Saudis, who again want [11:08] to play this dumb game where they [11:09] triangulate with the Turks, the Chinese, [11:11] the Pakistanis, and the Iranians. Genius [11:13] level work there from the Saudi regime. [11:16] If you are a pro-life person, if you're [11:18] a person who wishes to provide women the [11:20] support they need to make the correct [11:22] decision, this is why you should help [11:24] out the folks over at Preborn. Doctors [11:26] told a woman named Alba that pregnancy [11:28] was impossible. Her husband's diagnosis [11:30] confirmed it. A child of their own [11:31] simply wasn't going to happen. And then [11:32] the impossible happened. Alba was [11:34] pregnant, and that sounds like a [11:35] miracle, but to Alba, it didn't feel [11:37] like one. That positive pregnancy test [11:39] felt like a mistake. A cruel twist of [11:40] science she didn't understand or won. [11:42] Nothing added up. She had accepted the [11:43] pregnancy wasn't possible. The baby [11:45] wasn't planned. Suddenly, she was [11:46] confused and afraid and overwhelmed. [11:48] What should have felt like a miracle [11:49] felt like a crisis. And then she walked [11:50] into a pre-born network clinic. She was [11:52] welcomed with compassion and given a [11:54] free ultrasound. When she saw her baby [11:56] and heard that tiny heartbeat, [11:57] everything changed. Fear gave way to [11:58] hope. Elba chose life. Today, baby Laura [12:01] is healthy and thriving. Reminder that [12:02] when God is writing the story, [12:03] Impossible doesn't get the final word. [12:05] Right now, another mother needs that [12:07] help. And you can give it to her. Just [12:09] 28 bucks helps provide one life-saving [12:11] ultrasound. 140 bucks helps rescue five [12:13] babies. Please give today. Dial pound [12:15] 250 say baby. That's pound2250 baby or [12:18] visit pre-born.com/ben. [12:20] That's pre-born.com/ben. [12:22] If you're a business owner, would you [12:23] consider a larger donation to claim a [12:25] write-off, a donation of a grand, 2,000 [12:27] bucks, 10 grand, 15 grand that sponsors [12:28] an ultrasound machine for a needy [12:30] clinic, helping save countless babies [12:31] lives for years to come. Gifts are [12:33] taxdeductible and will reach eternity. [12:35] Get involved today. Meanwhile, again, [12:37] the Saudis couldn't even help us [12:38] properly defend the bases we set up to [12:40] help them in the '90s to protect them [12:43] from Saddam Hussein. [12:45] So, there are now photos from active [12:47] service members showing damage at US [12:48] bases. Here are images from an airplane [12:51] at Prince Sultan Air Force Base in Saudi [12:54] or destroyed trailers in Kuwait [12:57] or building damage in Kuwait. Now, [13:00] again, is any of this catastrophic for [13:02] America? No. I mean, you're looking at [13:03] what are relatively minor damage photos. [13:06] Honestly, relatively minor when you're [13:08] looking at the size of the assault that [13:09] Iran has been leveling against Kuwait, [13:12] Saudi, Bahrain, UAE, and all the rest. [13:15] But they are not capable of defending [13:18] themselves. They are not. And now the [13:21] blowing up of that Saudi East West [13:23] pipeline, it threatens the loss of 4% of [13:25] global oil supply. According to Reuters, [13:27] Saudi Arabia will now run out of oil [13:29] stocks for exports if it doesn't restart [13:30] its major pipeline to the Red Sea within [13:32] days, leading to a loss of up to 4% of [13:35] global supply. A further decline in [13:37] Saudi flows will worsen the global [13:38] supply crunch, which has already pushed [13:40] global fuel prices to record highs, [13:42] spurred inflation around the world, and [13:43] sent US bond yields to the highest [13:45] levels since the 2008 financial crisis. [13:47] By the way, this is just another reason [13:48] why the president was right to go after [13:50] Iran. Because Iran, if it dominated the [13:52] region, would be able to turn on and off [13:54] the spigot at will. They're doing it [13:56] right now by striking pipelines and [13:57] shutting off supply routes. And it turns [13:59] out that our friends in Saudi Arabia [14:01] can't do bleep about it or at least [14:03] aren't capable of doing bleep about it. [14:07] This is why Iran needs to be the head of [14:09] the snake needs to be cut off. [14:13] And that is not a call for boots on the [14:14] ground. It is a call for the president [14:16] to continue doing what he is doing, [14:17] which is absolutely cratering the [14:19] Iranian economy. The president, for his [14:21] part, says, "We continue to produce more [14:24] exquisite and elite weapons than in any [14:25] time in our history. They're being [14:26] delivered on a daily basis to our forces [14:28] in the Middle East and beyond. Our [14:29] defense company factories are moving [14:30] 24/7 while at the same time building on [14:32] average four to five large scale brand [14:34] new plants each. A primary focus of this [14:36] production has been Patriots, THAD [14:37] systems, tomahawks, and other standard [14:38] missile systems of which we already have [14:41] large numbers in stock. [14:44] So right now the Iran war for all the [14:46] talk about how the Iran war is wildly [14:48] expensive and again you see headlines [14:50] that sort of exaggerate the cost of the [14:52] war. They'll give you a stat without any [14:54] context. So political will say the Iran [14:55] war has cost taxpayers $ 38 billion. [14:57] Okay, let's just point out that that [14:59] makes the overall Iran war about 0.51% [15:01] of the total federal budget. [15:04] It's only about 3.6% of the annual [15:06] defense budget. [15:08] So again, these are these are not major [15:10] numbers at least in percentage terms. [15:12] None of that is to make light of the [15:14] cost of oil, which of course is a major [15:15] political issue. It's why Iran is doing [15:16] this. Iran is doing this because they [15:18] hope that by spiking the price of oil, [15:20] we'll get a bunch of Democrats in power [15:21] and the Democrats will then surrender to [15:23] the Iranians and we'll go back to status [15:25] quo anti accept that Iran will clearly [15:26] control all of the straight of Hormuz as [15:28] well as the Babel Mandam Strait and [15:30] rebuild the ring of fire, the so-called [15:32] ring of fire around Israel. That is what [15:33] Iran wants out of all of this. President [15:35] Trump is not allowing that to happen, [15:38] which is just one reason why the Trump [15:40] administration is now preparing a [15:42] multi-billion dollar sale of 2,000 pound [15:44] bombs to Israel. Because Israel is the [15:45] only ally in the region that is worth [15:47] its salt, capable of defending itself [15:48] and others. It is why the Saudis are now [15:50] begging for Israeli help. [15:53] That 2.8 billion package, which would be [15:56] purchased with US tax, US taxpayer [15:57] dollars. Again, it's just a sponsorship [15:59] program for the US defense mechanism, [16:02] right? That's what US aid is. We give [16:04] aid to Israel. Israel then spends all of [16:05] that aid back on American defense [16:07] products. It includes 40,000 bombs that [16:09] weigh 2,000 lbs each, including two [16:12] 20,000 MK84s and 20,000 BLU17s. [16:19] So, the transaction is financed through [16:22] foreign military financing. [16:24] Now, there are a bunch of people who are [16:26] claiming that this is just terrible. is [16:28] just of course Tucker Carlson who spends [16:31] virtually all day every day just [16:32] thinking about Israel for an America [16:36] first guy it's pretty astonishing how [16:37] little he thinks about America but has a [16:40] long long long post in which he [16:42] essentially argues that we are [16:45] transferring [16:47] nuclear weaponry to is Israel isn't [16:49] Israel already has nuclear weaponry he [16:52] says this amounts to 40,000 tons of [16:54] bombs for perspective the largest [16:55] American air raid of World War II was [16:57] the eighth air force attack on Berlin in [16:58] March of 1945. Combined, the 2020 20 the [17:02] 2023 Alli aircraft involved dropped [17:04] about 3,000 tons of bombs, which is 7.5% [17:06] of what Trump is sending to Israel. So, [17:08] first of all, the bombs are not built [17:09] the same. The bombs that we have today, [17:11] when we say a 2,000lb bomb, it doesn't [17:13] mean 2,000 lb of explosive. It's mostly [17:15] steel. But put that aside, this is for [17:19] stockpiling. That is the purpose. [17:21] President Trump understands that the [17:22] Democratic Party at some point in the [17:24] future is likely to cut off arms for [17:26] Israel, which means we won't have an [17:28] ally that can actually do anything in [17:30] the region. The Saudis aren't going to [17:30] do bleep. The Turks are not our allies. [17:33] Trump understands that, which is why [17:34] this is happening in the first place. [17:37] And then, of course, Tucker Carlson [17:38] suggests that the government of Israel [17:41] doesn't require 2,000 lb bombs, which is [17:43] kind of astonishing because again, the [17:45] point of a 2,000lb bomb is to crater a [17:48] building. Why would Israel need to [17:49] crater buildings? I don't know. Maybe [17:50] it's because Hamas built tunnels larger [17:53] than the London underground in the Gaza [17:56] Strip and also because Israel does not [17:58] wish to go house to house in one of the [18:00] heavily most heavily populated urban [18:02] environments on planet earth. And so [18:04] what they've been doing is evacuating [18:06] places and then blowing up the buildings [18:07] so fighters cannot take refuge in the [18:09] buildings. [18:11] But again bottom line is this in the [18:14] region if you were talking about [18:15] American allies worked their assault. [18:16] You know, Tucker is traveling over to [18:18] Saudi, traveling over to Qatar, took [18:20] traveling over to all these countries [18:21] that literally cannot defend themselves [18:22] and will not defend themselves and [18:24] require continuous American defense. [18:27] But he is very very much upset with the [18:30] idea that Israel, which is now being [18:32] called on, by the way, to not only fly [18:33] alongside the United States against [18:35] Iran, but now being called on by the [18:36] Saudis to help defend against the [18:38] Houthies, that somehow depriving them of [18:41] weaponry is is the answer. Genius level [18:43] stuff as always from people who stand [18:45] for Abdul Elsiad and Vladimir Putin and [18:48] the Chinese and every other nefarious [18:49] regime in person on on planet Earth.
