This is not a new tactic. Activism is part of Ramaz’s ethos. My mother protested w Rabbi Lookstein outside the Soviet Consulate in the 1970s. When I attended Ramaz the whole school went to a pro-Israel demo in DC. Don’t like it? No one is making you send your kid to Ramaz. x.com/thislouis/stat…

For those who haven’t seen the (excellent) movie… the hijacking of the plane to Entebbe is in the movie, but the Israeli rescue mission is not in it. It ends with a note that the IDF rescued the Israelis 2 days later.
